Controller and I/O modules combine local control logic and signal processing close to machine equipment, enabling real-time control with high speed and flexibility.
Available in universal, advanced and rugged versions, they offer a wide range of digital, analog and relay-based I/O channels. Control tools such as Click&Go, IEC 61131-3 programming, C/C++, Python and protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, EtherNet/IP, SNMP, MQTT and RESTful APIs are supported.
Areas of application
Modules can be used to perform control or data collection routines directly in machine halls or process lines, without burdening central control.
The modular design allows I/O channels or serial communication to be added or replaced without tools and typically supports up to 64 modules.
Designed to operate in temperatures ranging from approximately -40°C to +75°C, the products come with certifications such as Class 1 Division 2, ATEX and IP rating - suitable for extreme conditions such as offshore, transportation and harsh industrial processes.
