The UC-8112A-ME-T-LX is designed for industrial embedded applications for data collection, processing, management and more. The computer comes with 2x RS-232\/422\/485 serial ports and 2x 10\/100 Mbps Ethernet ports as well as a Mini PCIe socket to support mobile or WiFi modules. These versatile features make the UC-8112A-ME-T-LX a powerful solution for many complex communication solutions.<\/p>\n

The UC-8112A-ME-T-LX is built around a Cortex-A8 processor optimised for use in energy monitoring systems, but is also applicable to a variety of industrial solutions. This small industrial computer is a reliable and secure gateway for data acquisition, processing and management, as well as a useful communication platform for many other large-scale implementations.<\/p>\n

Models support extended temperature and can be delivered with LTE as standard. All devices are thoroughly tested in a test chamber, ensuring they can handle the extreme temperature range from -40\u00b0C to +70\u00b0C, even with the LTE module installed.<\/p>\n

Extended temperature range.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Few embedded computers with a built-in LTE\/4G module can handle temperatures below 0\u00b0C and above 50\u00b0C, but this new embedded computer from Moxa can handle anything out of the ordinary, from -40\u00b0C to 70\u00b0C. This means that it can boot up even when it has been sitting in a cold cabinet for several days, but also run flawlessly if it sits in a cabinet in the sun, where temperatures can be high. We recommend some form of cooling in the case, as high temperatures over a long period of time can shorten the lifespan (MTBF), but if the cooling fails, the computer will continue to run without breaking down.<\/p>\n
