The VT310 has built-in LTE CAT M1, CAT1 and CAT4 for a reliable connection and with the integrated digital I/O, 2x CAN bus and GPRS it makes it easy to get information from the vehicle. There is also a built-in Bluetooth antenna if you need to access the device wirelessly locally.
Real-time monitoring of vehicle status.
Communication via OBD-II, J1939 and J1708 provides easy access to real-time vehicle data such as speed, engine status and other useful information. The VT310 has built-in support for GNSS (GPS), providing precise information about the vehicle's location. Together with a SmartFleet solution in the cloud, you will always be able to see where each vehicle is and what its status is. This way you can call the vehicle in for service before it breaks down on the road and precious goods cannot be delivered as agreed with the customer.
Uninterrupted vehicle location information.
GNSS/LBS is a high-sensitivity GPS that shows the exact location of the vehicle. GNSS stands for Global Navigation Satellite System and consists of a number of satellites that send data to GNSS receivers, which then calculate the position accurately. GNSS is a global standard that includes the European Galileo, the American Navstar GPS, the Russian Global Navy Navigatsionnaya Sputnikkovaya Sisttema (GLONASS) and the Chinese BeiDou Navigation Satellite System.
Battery backup in case of power failure.
With its built-in 1200 mAh battery, the VT310 can keep working even if the power supply is interrupted. This ensures that data is still sent to the cloud, even in unfortunate circumstances.

The VT310 is of high quality so it won't break due to unstable supply voltage, transients or vibrations. It is dust and splash proof (IP67), so it can be installed in exposed areas without problems.

VT310 supports connection to leading IoT cloud solutions or to the customer's own server solution by communicating via MQTT and MQTTS protocols.
