X86 and ARM-based

X86-based industrial computers deliver high computing power for tasks such as real-time analysis, image processing and advanced control. They are often fanless and designed for DIN-rail, rack or direct wall mounting, making them suitable for both control cabinets and demanding industrial environments.

With Intel-based processors such as Atom, Celeron, Core i3/i5/i7 or Xeon, they offer flexible I/O options including serial ports, digital inputs/outputs, network connections and local storage, enabling customization for a wide range of OT applications.

Areas of application

Vision and real-time analytics

X86 computers can handle image processing and real-time analytics that require high CPU/GPU performance, such as quality control on production lines.

Edge computing and protocol gateways

They support local edge functions with programmable logic, data collection and protocol conversion close to machines in IIoT environment.

Remote metering stations and RTUs

Compact models (Atom-based) can function as RTUs with wireless module expansion and mobile communication in extreme temperatures (-40 to +70°C).

Robust operation in harsh environments

They withstand dust, vibration, EMC and extreme temperatures and are often certified to industrial standards such as IEC 61850-3, EN 50155, ATEX and DNV.
